— Our simplest promise to this place and its terroirFei Tswei Winery's journey began in 2012 in the heart of the Helan Mountain East Foothills wine region. We work to nature's rhythms and take the long view. Rather than rush the vines or force the land, we let each grape ripen in its own time and each wine grow into itself with age.
We explore new possibilities without losing sight of tradition. We respect the ancient terroir of the Helan foothills and welcome new ways of expressing it. Between tradition and modernity,we find a voice that is distinctly Fei Tswei.
Our ambition is to bring Chinese terroir and Eastern wisdom to the world of wine. With humility and resolve, we hope to take Chinese wine to new horizons.
